With operations across Australia, we are now looking for an HSEQ Administrator to join our Rivtow Marine Port Hedland team.
- Residential in Port Hedland, WA (not FIFO)
- Part time, permanent role (0.6 FTE)
- Attractive salary, plus bonus incentive scheme, plus residential allowance for eligible candidates
This role will see you:
- contributing to the continuous improvement of our safety management system and our safety culture
- conducting HSEQ field leadership activities with our towage contractors
- assisting with incident investigations as required
- preparing HSEQ-related reports and analysis of HSEQ trends, with recommendations to address emerging risks
- supporting the document review process
- supporting the team in the close-out of actions and audit findings
You will need:
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships and positively influence safety conversations across the business
- Power BI or other relevant systems-based computing skills
- ability to plan tasks and prioritise in order to meet reporting obligations
- working knowledge of relevant WHS legislation, regulations and codes of practice
- technical writing skills
- high attention to detail
- hold, or be able to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)
