With operations across Australia, we are now looking for an HSEQ Administrator to join our Rivtow Marine Port Hedland team.

 

  • Residential in Port Hedland, WA (not FIFO)
  • Part time, permanent role (0.6 FTE)
  • Attractive salary, plus bonus incentive scheme, plus residential allowance for eligible candidates

 

This role will see you:

  • contributing to the continuous improvement of our safety management system and our safety culture
  • conducting HSEQ field leadership activities with our towage contractors
  • assisting with incident investigations as required
  • preparing HSEQ-related reports and analysis of HSEQ trends, with recommendations to address emerging risks
  • supporting the document review process
  • supporting the team in the close-out of actions and audit findings

 

You will need:

  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
  • demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships and positively influence safety conversations across the business
  • Power BI or other relevant systems-based computing skills
  • ability to plan tasks and prioritise in order to meet reporting obligations
  • working knowledge of relevant WHS legislation, regulations and codes of practice
  • technical writing skills
  • high attention to detail
  • hold, or be able to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)
