With operations across Australia, we are now looking for a Planned Maintenance Administrator to join us on a full-time basis for 12 months.  Based in our Technical Team in Brisbane, you may also have the opportunity to work in our North Queensland and WA locations.

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to:

  • effectively coordinate the planned maintenance system (MPM) for a multi-functional fleet of vessels
  • support Technical Superintendents in the field with planning, scheduling and system maintenance
  • provide regular, accurate reporting on asset maintenance requirements and activities
  • undertake detailed analysis of system reports and provide recommendations
  • build asset management systems for new vessels, as they come on line
  • assist in the development of a new integrated Asset Maintenance Management System

Ideally, you’ll be a recent graduate, with a Bachelor of Maritime Engineering, specialising in Marine and Offshore Engineering or Naval Architecture who:

  • is safety focused
  • has strong written and verbal communication skills
  • possesses a growth mindset and is keen to learn
  • works well both autonomously and in a collaborative team environment
  • holds or is eligible to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)
